This transportation system has been improved mechanically compared with previous system with top roller chains.This system ensures free flow of carrying materials and transfers silently materials at the chain speed about 1/2.6 times as high as the required transportation speed,since the transportation speed is increased 2.6 times against the chain speed.Asthe standard aluminum frame is used,its external appearance is beautifl and the design of the conveyor is simple.As the top cover can be removed,maintenance of the chain is very easy.

ADVANTAGES OF TRIPLE SPEED CHAIN The chain speed is about 1/2.6 of the pallet carrying speed owing to special mechanism of the chain roller.Therefore,silent and smooth transportation is ensured.Accumulation of carrying materials can be peeformed smoothly since the main roller is set to free flow state.As the mechanism of the roller link employs a basic bush press-in structure,the chain elongates-less and high-speedrunning can be performed.

ADVANTAGES OF CARRIER CHAIN As large roller and small riller are independent in the chain roller mechanism,the large roller supporting the pallets always maintains free flow state. In case of low-speed running and long conveyor,the stable travel can be ensured due to low line pressure. The resin roller type is applicable for light weight materials,and the iron roller type is applicable for medium weight materials in place of previous chain with top rollers.

STANDARD ALUMINUM FRAME The standard aluminum flame is designed so that only the support roller (large roller)is exposed supports directly the carrying materials. As the returning chain also runs inside the aluminum frame,safety works are ensured.As the resin top cover can be removed,chain maintenance and cleaning of the frame inside are very easy.

STANDARD SIDE FRAME This part is always stocked in our warehouse.Assembling of this frame is easy and takes no time. As M8 bolt/nut installation grooves are provided,accessories such as electric tools for work and illumination equipment can be installed easily. As KANA Enpla rail V6 (Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene)is used,smooth movement is ensured.

SPROCKETS FOR TRIPLE SPEED & CARRIER CHAIN This sprocket has been specially designed for using in triple speed & carrier chain in order to enhance the performance of chain.

RETURN GUIDE FOR TRIPLE SPEED & CARRIER CHAIN Made of UHMW,it is possible to select from six types of Return Guides(However,the CZ3RGPE can use the type-4 chain only,the CZ5RGPE & CZ5RGPE can use the type-5 chain only, and CZ6ARGPE & CZ6RGPE can use the type-6 chain opnly).we are confident that you will be more than satisfied with its performance.

GUIDE BRACKET FOR TRIPLE SPEED & CARRIER CHAIN Mde of aluminium (A6063T5), It is possible to select the type of Guide Bracket that suits the return guide. It also has excellent resistance to shock.
