Gear

We provide a variety of gears according to different materials, heat treaments, precisions and sizes, and also offer gears that allow secondary operations to be performed on the boring, keyway and set-screws. We offer a variety of designed and models of gears in industry, including spur, miter, rack, bevel and other gears. Both 14-1/2 and 20 pressure angle, involute, full depth system gears. While 20 PA gears are generally recognized as higher load carrying capacity, 14-1/2 PA gears have extensive use.

SPUR GEAR
	Spur gears are available in 14-1/2 pressure angle from 48 to 3 dp and 20 pressure angle from 20 to 4dp. They are avialble in both unhardened-type and hardened type for longer life.

MITER GEAR
	Miter gears will provide smooth, quite operation if properly mounted and lubricated. They must be mounted at 90 angle and at right mounting distance from the end of the hub of one gear to the center line of matching gear.

RACK GEAR
	Rack is made from carbon steel. it is available in 14-1/2 and 20 pressure angle in 2, 4 and 6 ft. lengths. Special rack can be supplied in other material, sizes and pitches.
