2) DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NYLON 11 AND NYLON 12
The market offers tubing manufactured with
Polyamide (PA, also commonly called Nylon) in different
types: Nylon 6, 11 and 12. Nylon 6 is rarely used for tubing, though less
expensive, because it tends to absorb water which
increases its dimensions. This behavior may generate significant changes
in the length of the tubing. Nylon 11 and 12 are very similar products, and they
show almost identical performances, although they
originate from different base materials: Castor Oil for Nylon
11 and Oil for Nylon 12. Mazzer Industries uses mostly Nylon 12, for its
products.
Please, refer to the marking on each lot of tubing.

3) WHAT ENGLISH AND METRIC SIZES ARE THE SAME ?
These sizes of tubing are interchangeable, so they can fit with the same fitting.
4) HOW TO SELECT THE CORRECT TUBING
The following chart provides you with some
information about some of the "best seller" tubing produced
by Mazzer Industries. While tubing performances depend on their chemical
composition and physical characteristics, the
modality of use and the installation are variable. Only the user experience
and his/her application knowledge may provide the expected results.
These information are intended as a reference only.
